Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made from ANDRICOS.

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return under our goodwill return policy.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at support@andricos.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item you want to return

  • The reason for the return

  • Photos of the item and packaging, where relevant

Once we receive your request, we will provide return instructions, including the correct return address where applicable.

Please contact us before sending any item back. Some products may be fulfilled through different supplier or fulfilment locations, so the correct return address may vary depending on the item. Returns sent without contacting us first may experience delays.

Do not send returns to any address shown on the parcel packaging unless we have confirmed that address in writing.

30-Day Goodwill Returns

For a standard return under our 30-day goodwill return policy, the item must be:

  • Unused

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • In its original packaging where possible

  • Returned with proof of purchase or order confirmation

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.

UK, EU & EEA Cancellation Rights

For eligible online purchases delivered in the United Kingdom, European Union, or EEA, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

After telling us that you wish to cancel, you then have another 14 days to send the goods back.

To cancel your order, contact us at support@andricos.com with your order number and confirmation that you wish to cancel.

Returned items should be sent back in a condition that shows they have only been handled as reasonably necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics, and function, as you would in a shop.

We may reduce your refund if the value of the goods has been reduced because they have been handled more than necessary.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of returning goods after cancellation.

Where cancellation rights apply, we will refund the price paid for the goods and the standard delivery cost originally paid, where applicable. If you chose a more expensive delivery option than our standard delivery option, we are not required to refund the extra delivery cost above the standard rate.

Refunds for cancelled orders will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods, or within 14 days of receiving evidence that the goods have been sent back.

Damaged, Faulty, Incorrect, or Not-as-Described Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

Contact us as soon as possible if your item is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective or faulty

  • Missing parts

  • Incorrect

  • Not as described

Please include your order number, photos of the item, photos of the packaging, and a short description of the issue.

If the issue is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate remedy. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a repair, replacement, refund, or other suitable resolution.

This does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned under our goodwill return policy or change-of-mind cancellation rights unless they are faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.

These may include:

  • Personalised or custom-made products

  • Sealed personal care or hygiene-related items once opened

  • Perishable goods

  • Hazardous materials or flammable goods

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items where clearly marked as final sale

If you are unsure whether a product can be returned, contact us before purchasing.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to request a return for the original product and place a new order separately once the return has been approved or processed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

For statutory cancellations, refunds will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods, or within 14 days of receiving evidence that the goods have been sent back.

For standard goodwill returns under our 30-day return policy, approved refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
